I am Yasuki Ono, the owner of the Plaza Inn, a small familly hotel with a total of 32 rooms.

      The Plaza Inn differs from the usual city hotel. We constantly make an effort to give you the personnal attention you need and to give you the best service that we can possibly offer. From our heart we want you to feel warm and as comfortable as you can be - no other hotel in Chiang Mai can offer you this.

      I spend four or five months a year in Chiang Mai and I will tend to you personally if I can. However, I wont be able to do this all year round. My manager Som Chai is able to speak English, French, Japanese, Myanmar and other local languages and he will be overjoyed to help make your stay more comfortable. Also, our other staff can speak both English and Japanese. All of the staff are very freindly and helpful, so I can personally garantee that you will be able to have a wonderful time in Chang Mai.
